We are pleased to offer a meet and greet service for airport pickups, which means that your driver will wait for you in arrivals, with your name clearly displayed on an iPad screen. We’ll then ask for your journey details for added security. All parking fees are inclusive and we pride ourselves on there being no other hidden charges.
All bookings are confirmed via email confirmation including an invoice and Terms of Business, which require an E-signature for approval. We kindly ask that 50% of your total booking cost is paid 48 hours before travel and the remaining 50% will be due up to seven days after.
Your driver will be dressed in a dark suit, crew neck sweater and smart shoes just as you’d expect from a modern chauffeur... They may also opt for a suit with a white shirt and business tie, remaining smart and sophisticated at all times.
Absolutely, your driver will send you a direct message via business whatsApp confirming your pick up location and time, which is typically 24-48 hours before your booking. If parking is not possible outside your location, your driver will send you their live location once they have arrived, and they will be as close to your location as possible.
